Delivery Partners
We ship all orders via The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers, two of South Africa's trusted courier networks.
Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa, including major cities and surrounding areas. Remote or outlying areas may experience extended delivery times.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.): 2–3 business days
- Outlying areas and small towns: 3–5 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers' websites.
Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly and securely to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make contact to arrange re-delivery. Canna Bros is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at cannabroscbd@gmail.com so we can lodge a query with the courier on your behalf.
