Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We reserve the right to refuse orders if fraud is suspected.
Pricing
All prices are in ZAR or South African Rand currency and include VAT (where applicable). Prices may change; the checkout price is final.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (local), 5–10 (nationwide). Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery delays outside our control (courier/customs) are not our liability. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund & Returns Policy
You may return items within 30 days if unused, unopened, and in original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method or replacement provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
